Has God changed your heart? For an answer, take a look at the praise you are seeking and listening to. Hearing and receiving praise from people feels good, and can be beneficial, but too much can be damaging. Praise from God will change you, and if you listen, you’ll hear what He says about you. When God sees you, He doesn’t see what the world sees, or even what you see when you look in the mirror. He doesn’t see the mistakes of the past, or the sins and shortcomings the enemy will try to use against you. He sees His child, whom He loves, and whom He is proud of. He sees a new creation, set free, made new, made whole, and made beautiful.
